Marina Alcázar Cid

Marina Alcázar Cid is a doctoral researcher whose work focuses on how labour market dynamics shape gender inequality and family formation. She previously worked at the European Central Bank and the Bank of Spain on labour markets and household finances. Beyond academia, she works to promote European civic engagement and dialogue. She is the President of Club Alpbach Spain and the co-founder of the Wealth Cap Project.
